Orthodontic functional appliances hurt . Okay , not hurt . Just annoying .
Mine aren't called retainers cause my teeth is so darn uneven that is has to be
customised .
And turns out it doesnt hurt . But taking the photo's do . They stretched my entire mouth .
I cant really eat properly since the first 3 days aren't really over yet . Im still not used to it . Braces would be so much better . But this thing cost something like . Braces done at government . And im supposed to take care of it . And wash it . And everytime i eat , be it a sweet , meals or whatever i throw into my mouth , i have to rinse that
thing .
But everytime i wash it , i have to brush my teeth . For once , i eat breakfast before i brush teeth and put the functional appliance [ retainer ] in my mouth . Did i say i have to sleep with it [ in my mouth ] ? Bad part . At least when i grind my teeth it doesnt wear .
I've been to the school dentist . And i hate it . Not the dental nurse cause the one handling me is ever so nice . Thats what Este-ella said to me .
" So good .. Your [dental] nurse is the nice one . Mine is the ..."
" Fierce one ? "
" Yah , cause last time she handled 1/6 to 1/10 . "

think was what the convo sounded like .
Even so , their equipments hurt . Maybe i just got more spoilt . >.<
I got a referral letter ! Requested .
